Las Casas del Sol: site evolution, November 2026

Las Casas del Sol is a new residential development that brings together two ways of living: apartments, set in small four-storey buildings, and detached houses, each with its own pool. Cardelli Jean-Witold Estate LTD is the lead developer. We do not act as the builder here: we carry the operation, coordinate the parties involved and follow its execution through to the handover of the keys.

The development is fully sold. Handover is planned for January or February 2028. The photographs in this article follow the evolution of the site, from the first views to the most recent: the real progress of the works, without staging.

The first photographs

In early autumn, this is how the site looked: the buildings still at structural stage beneath the cranes, the first houses in their finishing stages, and the completed residence that sets the tone for the whole.

Evolution — November 2026

The buildings: from brick to white façade

Three buildings sum up the site's timeline on their own. The first still shows its brick structure, openings waiting for their joinery; the second disappears under scaffolding while the render goes on; the third already presents its finished white façade, where a lift platform settles the last details. The houses: pools, terraces and finishes

Every house has its own pool. The pools are tiled and waiting for water; the light stone terraces are laid; the large glazing and the timber cladding of the façades are in place. A few houses are already finished, fence and gate included. Read the article on the houses →

The neighbourhood takes shape

The streets are laid out, the pavements in place, the first trees planted and the street lighting installed. The dark slatted fences already draw the line of the gardens. At the end of the streets, the cranes mark the last houses under construction.

The timeline

The coming months will be devoted to finishes and to the outdoor works, then to the checks that precede any handover. The keys are to be handed over in January or February 2028. Further photographs will follow as the work progresses.

As the development is fully sold, this article is not a commercial offer: it simply documents work in progress.
