Sixty-four homes self-sufficient in water and electricity, 400 metres from the beach, on the southern Black Sea coast.

A 29,000 m² plot 400 metres from the sea would usually be filled with two hundred and fifty apartments. We are building sixty-four homes, sixteen of them villas on private 690 m² plots.

Sixty kilometres south of Burgas, the towers of Sunny Beach give way to coves, pines and Strandja Nature Park. Lozenets is a fishing village turned low-key resort: two long sandy beaches, a handful of restaurants, no mass development.

Maréa is a real-estate development at the study stage, developed by Cardelli Jean-Witold Estate LTD. The underlying land has not yet been acquired. The development is subject to obtaining the zoning plan, the building permit and the water abstraction and discharge authorisation.
