Las Casas del Sol: the houses

The houses of Las Casas del Sol are detached homes, each on its own plot, each with its own pool. White flat-roofed volumes, large glazing, timber cladding on some façades, dark slatted fences: the vocabulary is restrained and repeats from house to house, which gives the neighbourhood its unity. Cardelli Jean-Witold Estate LTD is the lead developer of the development, without being its builder; all the houses are sold.
The pools before the water
The pools are tiled in blue mosaic and await their filling. Around them, the light stone terraces are laid. These photographs show the exact state of the site.

The finishes
On the most advanced houses, the joinery is fitted, the outdoor staircases lead to the terraces, the ground is paved. Some are finished, fence and gate included: all they lack now are their residents.

The houses under construction
At the far end of the neighbourhood, the last houses still show their brick structure. The cranes serve them; protective netting dresses the façades awaiting render.

The street
The streets are finished before the houses: pavements, kerbs, lighting and planting are in place. The slatted fences already draw the continuous line of the gardens.

Handover of the whole is planned for January or February 2028. For an overview of the development, read Las Casas del Sol: site evolution, November 2026; for the buildings, read Las Casas del Sol: the apartments.
