Las Casas del Sol: the apartments

In the Las Casas del Sol development, the apartments occupy small four-storey buildings. The scale is deliberately modest: low buildings, light façades, regular openings. Cardelli Jean-Witold Estate LTD is the lead developer of the operation, without being its builder; all the apartments are sold.
Three buildings, three stages
The buildings stand at different stages, and that is what makes these photographs so telling: side by side, they read as the sequence of operations on a building site.

First stage, the structure. The brick walls are raised up to the parapet, the openings are cut, the floors are cast. Behind, the neighbouring building, already rendered in white, announces the final appearance.

Second stage, the façades. Scaffolding wraps the building while the render is applied; the crane supplies the upper floors.

Third stage, the finishes. The façade is white and clean, the joinery is fitted; a lift platform makes it possible to settle the last details at height before the surroundings are landscaped.
What remains to be done
The interior works of the apartments, the common areas and the surroundings will occupy the coming months. Handover of the whole is planned for January or February 2028.
